Lindsey has a varied background from corporate events and employee engagement, project management, people operations and sales to even non-profit events and weddings back in the day.
Her most recent role was with fast growing tech start up, Canva, helping launch the first US office and build out employee experience operations.
Prior to Canva she produced internal events and wellness initiatives for software development company, Atlassian, predominantly for the Austin location of 600+ staff as part of the Workplace Experience team. Three annual large-scale events, monthly hands-on workshops, social happy hours and traveling to support events in California and Sydney, Australia was the norm prior to 2020. Remote working brought an exciting new challenge of finding ways to foster connections and build community virtually. She became the team's go-to graphic designer and was heavily involved in global strategy and communications.
Lindsey is a natural achiever and is always looking forward to potential opportunities where she can use her strategic mindset to make her mark on a new challenge with passion and innovation .
